How do you make your dog's scarf?

Each of our scarves is handcrafted and made of soft, comfortable and dog-safe fabric. During the production process, we pay attention to details, from cutting, sewing to the final inspection, to ensure that each scarf is not only beautiful and interesting, but also can accompany your dog's daily activities. Because they are all handmade products, each scarf may have slight differences, which is also the unique charm.

2. Which dogs are suitable for wearing scarves?

BarkinByBrit's scarves are suitable for most dog breeds. We offer a variety of sizes, ranging from mini sizes suitable for small dogs such as Pomeranians and Poodles to extra-large sizes for medium to large-sized dogs like Labradors and Huskies. Please refer to our size chart for measurement before placing an order to ensure that you select the appropriate size for your dog.

3. How to choose the right size for my dog?

Before purchasing, it is recommended that you measure your dog's neck circumference with a flexible tape measure and choose according to the size guide provided on the product page. If your dog is exactly between the two sizes, we usually recommend choosing a slightly larger one, as it will be more comfortable to wear. If you are not sure, you can also contact us and we will give you suggestions based on your description.

4. Is the scarf safe? Can dogs play comfortably wearing it?

Safety is the thing we care about the most. Our fabric is soft and breathable, with a lightweight design that won't burden the dog's neck. Most dogs will quickly get used to wearing scarves and can run, play or go for a walk without worry. However, as a pet owner, it is recommended that you observe your dog closely during the initial stage of wearing new accessories to ensure they feel comfortable.

5. How to wash a scarf?

Our scarves can be gently hand-washed or washed in a cold water machine. It is recommended to air dry them naturally to maintain the softness of the fabric and the vividness of the color. Please avoid using bleach or high-temperature drying, as this may damage the fabric or shorten its service life.

6. Do you offer customized services?

Yes! We are more than happy to create exclusive styles for you and your dog. If you wish your scarf to have a specific color, pattern or letter embroidery, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. As customized products require more time and procedures, please be patient. We will ship them to you as soon as they are completed.

7. How long will it take for the goods to be dispatched after placing an order?

We usually process and dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days. Customized models may take longer (about 7 to 10 working days). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package at any time.

8. Can I return or exchange the goods?

If your scarf is damaged during transportation or the received goods do not match the order, please contact us within 14 days and we will handle the return or exchange for you. As the product is for pets, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept used scarves or returns due to personal preferences for the time being. 9. How much is the transportation cost?

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order and displayed on the checkout page. We will try our best to maintain reasonable shipping costs and offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount in certain circumstances.
