At BarkinByBrit, we firmly believe that every dog scarf is not merely a small accessory, but a token of love and companionship. Our original intention in making the first handmade scarf for Milo and Hazel was to hope that the dogs could feel a unique care. Based on such a belief, every scarf is carefully selected from fabric, hand-cut and sewn, infused with our passion and love. However, we also understand that sometimes there may be some unexpected situations, such as inappropriate size, damage during transportation, or other aspects that do not satisfy you. For this reason, we have formulated the following return and refund policies, aiming to provide you with a reassuring and trustworthy shopping experience.

Firstly, scope of application: If the goods you receive have obvious quality issues, such as damage, poor stitching, severe stains, or irreparable damage during transportation, please contact us within 14 days after signing for the goods and provide clear photos and order numbers as proof. After confirming the issue, we will offer you the option of returning or exchanging the goods. Our goal is to ensure that every customer and their dog can enjoy the products of BarkinByBrit.

Secondly, non-returnable situations: As each scarf is handmade, there may be slight differences in size or unique handcrafted marks in details. These are not defects but rather the unique charm and value of handicrafts, and thus are not within the scope of returns. At the same time, for the sake of hygiene and safety when dogs wear the product, if the item has been used, washed, sowed, or if the personal aesthetic preference does not match the imagination, we are temporarily unable to accept return and refund requests.

" After confirming your return application, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition and attach the order information. We suggest using a traceable logistics method for return to ensure the safe delivery of the returned package. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process the refund for you within 5 to 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account along the original payment route.

Exchange service: If you prefer to exchange your items, such as scarves of different sizes or patterns, we are also more than willing to offer an exchange service. Exchanges also need to follow the above return conditions, and we will send you a new item after receiving your return. Please note that the delivery time of the exchange items will be determined based on the inventory situation. We will confirm with you as soon as possible and keep in communication.

Special Note: As all products of BarkinByBrit are handcrafted and the inventory is limited, some styles may not be available for exchange after return. If you choose to exchange your goods but the inventory is sold out, we will provide you with an equivalent replacement or a direct refund. We believe that you will find equally beloved styles in the designs of BarkinByBrit.
